Delete Your Account
You can request the complete deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
How it works
Send a request
Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to start the process. If you cannot access the app, use the button below to email us from the address linked to your account.

We confirm you’re the account owner and process your request.
Account deleted
Operational deletion or anonymization of your account is completed within up to 30 days.

Profile & Account
Your email, display name, and login credentials.
Streak & History
Your reading streak, daily history, and accumulated progress.
Preferences
Your language, notification, and display settings.
Saved Verses
Your bookmarked and favorite verses.
Minimal suppression, security, compliance, or dispute-resolution records may remain where necessary, along with aggregated or anonymized data that is not linked to your identity.

How long does deletion take?
Operational deletion or anonymization of your account data is completed within up to 30 days of your request.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to save any data you need before requesting deletion.
What happens to my subscription?
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store/Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel the subscription from your store account to stop future charges.
Can I delete from the app instead?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the VerseDay app.
What data do you keep?
Only minimal suppression, security, compliance, or dispute-resolution records where necessary, together with aggregated or anonymized analytics data that is never linked to your personal identity.
